Commonly used mascaras are automatic containers with small bristle brushes and small thin wands that contain a cream or liquid product inside.
Mascara consists mainly of emulsifiers, pigments/fillers, various solvents, waxes, oils, preservatives, polymeric film-formers, etc. Some products with eyelash growth also contain short fibers.
Mascara or mascara is generally divided into two categories, water-proof and water-resistant.
1. Water-proof mascara
Waterproof mascara is mainly wax-based, with pigments dispersed in a system containing volatile branched-chain hydrocarbons and volatile polydimethylsiloxane, etc. An oil-based makeup remover is required for removal.
2. Water-resistant mascara
Mainly stearic acid or oleic acid triethanolamine, soap-based system, this type of formula is good water resistance, coated on the eyelashes feel soft, easy to remove makeup, cause less possibility of eye irritation effect. Wash with water, or use a normal cleanser to remove makeup.
